The morning we left for the John Lewis Photo shoot was an early one we were washed and dressed by 6.50 in the cab by 7.10 and on the train at 7.39 as we had to be at Hungry Tiger in Wandsworth for 10am.
We got a cab to the station and as we jumped in the song playing was one of my favourites from dirty dancing.Bill Medley & Jennifer Warnes.

Hearing this song always makes me happy.
As Sienna took this picture she said "Mummy, do you know you have the most beautiful smile." I'm so lucky to have such a flattering daughter.
Sienna was so good on the train, thank goodness for her ipod.
Jamie jeans from Topshop, Muubaa leather jacket, vintage fur collar, gap jumper, LV scarf, green Jaeger bag and vintage shopper. Sienna wears- Boys Gap hat, old Zara for women scarf, Zara mac, H&M silver jumper, H&M velvet leggings and her converse.
We walked along the Wandsworth bridge a tad lost, but we soon found our way with the help of google maps.
As we walked across the bridge Sienna said " Don't walk to fast mummy, I wanna look at the sea. It reminds me of Nana." I asked her how did it remind her of her Nana " come on mum why do you think? Sea,the beach and the caravan. They all equal thoughts of Nana."
Sienna asked if she could walk along this wall... she said if I fall before the shoot be it on your head mum.
As soon as we got in Sienna had her hair done. The lady who did her hair was called Mya she loved Sienna's outfit and said she felt under dressed next to her.
The first dress was too small.. it was for a three year old. So as Si is six that one got cast aside.
Sienna had so much fun posing in dress after dress. However the little girl who was also modelling with Sienna was very unhappy about all the changes, her complaints were " how many dresses are left to put on? My shoes are too big, what will happen if we just leave and go home?"
While the little girl cried about staying and being to cold sienna amused her self and everyone else by dancing and singing.
Sienna had the whole team under her contagious spell. The other mum asked how old Sienna was, she was so confused how our daughters were the same age yet so different. She said " she acts so old and worldly" Yes she's my little extrovert, granny,sunshine,smile my giggles, my oh so confident ball of frizz.
She danced an slided around the room, taking her scarf and making it in to an Hawaii skirt. " Let me just tie this here and style it up" That to me sounds like a Carrie Bradshaw line to me. Gosh I do adore my little fashionista.
Sienna asks the make up artist " what finger is your wedding finger?" just as a little boy arrived at the shoot named Dylan. Sienna and Dylan hit it off instantly he asked "who are you married to Sienna? "she replied " I am married to myself" Dylan said "but sienna you cant kiss yourself! " her reply was of course I can... she then kissed her hand. " See Dylan and if I had a mirror i'd just kiss my reflection"
It was almost five o'clock the long day must of got to Sienna as she suddenly became very hyper. Declaring she wanted to be centre of attention. Saying things like " I desire centre stage, no boy will steal my shine."
the photographer asked if Sienna and Dylan could stand together her reply was " oh heck.. really? Do I have to stand next to him"
Finally it's a wrap! I ended the day more tired than Sienna,she was on a still on a high.. that was until we sat down on the train and she fell asleep.
